Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to lengthen or shorten most items to fit your needs. Some of the pieces cannot be altered due to their unique design. For most items, this is done free of charge, unless extra stones/hardware is required to lengthen a piece. Simply adding an extension chain or extra loops to make an item longer is free. I can make matching bracelets, necklaces, earrings and other coordinating pieces for almost every item in our shop. Please contact me if you don't find what you're looking for. I have a huge inventory and not everything is listed. I will also be happy to order any crystal colors, sizes and cuts that are not currently listed in our shop.

Our standard sizes will be listed on each of the product pages. Please contact us to customize the length of any item.

Care instructions

To maintain your jewelry's beauty and luster for years to come, do not wear in water or bathe while wearing. It is recommended that it does not come into direct contact with water, lotions or perfumes. Apply those first, let them dry and then apply your jewelry. Take your jewelry off before bathing or retiring for the night and store it in a dry environment away from light. To clean just wipe over them with a soft damp cloth. Gift wrapping and packaging

Your items will be packaged together each item in its own organza bag in one or two boxes. Gift giving ready. If you are purchasing multiple items for gift giving, please include a note to let me know which items should be packaged individually.

Bridesmaids' gifts will either be gift wrapped individually or I will supply you with the gift wrapping material so that you can gift wrap them yourself.

We have a multitude of different colors of organza bags and matching ribbon. Please contact us for details.

If you would like to add a personalized note, please include your short message in the notes to seller during the checkout process and I will gladly include a hand written card with the package.

Wholesale availability

What materials is your jewelry made of?

We only use Authentic Swarovski Crystal in our jewelry creations. All of our hardware is made from a base brass/copper metal & then plated with a fine finish. The antique silver, copper & hematite finishes are created with chemical processes which give them their unique color. Our Jewelry will not turn or tarnish. Please see our recommended care instructions to prolong the life of your jewelry.

Do you offer home parties?

We offer 2 different types home/shop parties upon request (area up to a 50 mi. radius). A Pre-Made show and a Jewelry making class.

Our Pre-Made show is a presentation of our various styles of jewelry. After the presentation, your guests will have the opportunity to place orders for custom designed item using the sample materials presented. As a Hostesses you will receive free gifts.

Our Jewelry making class is offered as a 2 hour session. Each person enrolled in the class will be able to make their own jewelry item to keep. This class will demonstrate the skills to produce most of all types of cup chain crystal jewelry as well as tips and shortcut, where to purchase materials and more! Please contact us for pricing.

Are there returns or exchanges on earrings?

Due to sanitary and health reasons, there are NO returns on earrings under any circumstances, unless they are clip on earrings. Other returns are at our discretion. Please contact us to help resolve any issues may have with quality or workmanship.

When I track my parcel, it shows that it has been delivered and I don't see it. What should I do?

Please contact your local USPS Post office or mail carrier. You may want to check with your neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to them.

If your item was delivered to the address given on the receipt as verified by tracking and you do not receive it, we are not responsible for replacing it.

Please make sure the address you provide is a secure one and that the possibility of your mail being taken by someone else is unlikely. If you suspect that your items will get stolen or misplaced by others, such as college dorms or a work address, please request upgraded shipping to signature confirmation when you place your order. This will incur additional fees.
